Westwood Clinic was founded by Dr. Jacyln B, our medical director, and Dr. Jest Wong, PhD, our managing director. Today there are five Westwood outlets in the Klang Valley.

How it started

Their work before Westwood.

Before Westwood, Dr. Jacyln practised aesthetic medicine. Dr. Jest worked in the aesthetic industry as a trainer and equipment distributor, much of it teaching clinic teams to use lasers.

They founded Westwood Clinic together. At your first consultation you talk through your concern, your budget and your preferred timing with a doctor, and you can ask about each option and its limits before deciding anything.

Medical Director

Dr. Jacyln B

Dr. Jacyln B is Westwood Clinic's medical director and oversees its clinical standards. She holds a Letter of Credentialing and Privileging (LCP) for aesthetic medical practice. The LCP is issued under the Ministry of Health and is required for registered doctors who perform aesthetic medical procedures within their approved scope.

Dr. Jest Wong, PhD

Dr. Jest Wong holds a PhD in biochemistry. His doctorate is in science, not medicine. His background is in aesthetic-industry training and equipment distribution, and at Westwood he runs the business: equipment, staff training and how each outlet operates.
